1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DainiKhabar mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DainiKhabar is a news aggregation application that collects and displays news content from various third-party news sources. The App provides:

Aggregated news content from multiple sources
News summaries and previews
Links to full articles on original news source websites
Personalized news feeds and notifications

DainiKhabar does not create original news content. All news articles are sourced from third-party websites, and full articles are accessed through the original news source's website via our in-app browser.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of DainiKhabar for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. Third-Party Content

DainiKhabar aggregates content from third-party news sources. We do not claim ownership of any news content displayed in the App. All news articles, images, and other content belong to their respective owners.

When you click on a news article, you will be directed to the original news source's website. DainiKhabar is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party websites.

5. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
To engage in any automated use of the system, such as scraping or data mining without permission
To interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

The materials on DainiKhabar are provided on an 'as is' basis. DainiKhabar does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its App or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this App.

8. Limitations

In no event shall DainiKhabar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DainiKhabar, even if DainiKhabar or a DainiKhabar authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on DainiKhabar could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. DainiKhabar does not warrant that any of the materials on its App are accurate, complete, or current. DainiKhabar may make changes to the materials contained on its App at any time without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

DainiKhabar may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this App you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
